1. Agreement to Terms

By using Rug Cleaning Las Vegas services or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services

Rug Cleaning Las Vegas provides area rug cleaning, repair, restoration, and storage services in the Las Vegas, Nevada area and surrounding regions. Services include:

  • Oriental, Persian, silk, wool, viscose, and natural-fiber rug cleaning
  • Pet urine and odor decontamination
  • Rug repair, restoration, fringe work, and reweaving (via partner)
  • Moth treatment, water damage restoration, and fiber protection
  • Custom rug padding, climate-controlled storage, and rug wrapping
  • White-glove pickup and delivery

3. Pre-Inspection & Estimates

All estimates are subject to a transparent pre-inspection. Final pricing is confirmed after we inspect the rug for dye stability, hidden rot, prior damage, contamination depth, and condition. We will alert you to any pre-existing damage before any work begins.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Final cost depends on rug size, fiber, condition, and the specific services performed. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Storage Terms

Cleaned rugs left for pickup more than 30 days after the completion of cleaning may incur a monthly storage fee of 10% of the outstanding invoice plus a 1.5% late fee. Continued storage past that period is at our discretion.

6. Service Limits & Honest Expectations

Some damage is not fully reversible. We will be honest in writing about expected outcomes before work begins, particularly for viscose, severely sun-damaged, dry-rotted, or heavily urine-contaminated rugs. Our craft is professional rug care, not the recovery of damage that has already destroyed the textile.

7. Insurance & Liability

Rug Cleaning Las Vegas is fully insured. We exercise reasonable professional care in handling every rug. We are not liable for pre-existing damage disclosed at pre-inspection, for undisclosed prior repairs that fail under cleaning, or for indirect or consequential damages. Insurance claims for water damage are coordinated directly with your carrier upon request.

8. Cancellation Policy

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a pickup. Repeat last-minute cancellations may be subject to a logistics fee.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Rug Cleaning Las Vegas and is protected by United States copyright laws.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page.
